Pragya Rathore
Communications & Engagement Officer (Learning Estate)
Grew up in India and moved to Scotland in 2021 to pursue a master's in digital and social media marketing and, after that, gained experience with the University of Dundee. Pragya joined the Moray Council in June 2024.
She can be found spending the weekends creating resin art and exploring nature.
