Angus Roxburgh heads to Elgin library
JOURNALIST Angus Roxburgh will visit Elgin to talk about his latest book, Moscow Calling, later this month.
Former media consultant to the Kremlin he has, over the years, met four successive Russian presidents, been pursued by the KGB and ejected from the country.
At the event in Elgin library, he’ll talk about ‘his’ Russia – not the Russia of news reports. An event not to be missed.
Tickets cost £5 and are available online or by calling Elgin library on 01343 562602.
Famous for its colony of dolphins, fabulous beaches and more malt whisky distilleries than any where else in Scotland, Moray is a thriving area and a great place to live. Nestling between Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, Moray stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Brodie Castle in the west.
