Consultation opens on children's services plan
Public consultation has been launched today on a draft children’s services plan for Moray.
It follows the publication last month of a report by the Care Inspectorate on services for children and young people provided by the Moray Community Planning Partnership.
The draft plan, covering the period 2017 to 2020, has been drawn up by the Moray Chief Officers’ Group made up of representatives from Moray Council, NHS Grampian, Police Scotland and Action for Children.
The Chief Officers’ Group is seeking feedback on the draft plan which can be accessed at http://www.moray.gov.uk/downloads/file111850.pdf
Feedback on the document can be provided via https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MorayCSP
The deadline for comments is 12 noon on Friday, March 24 which will enable final amendments to be made to the plan before it is signed off by the Chief Officers’ Group by April 1.
Moray Council area stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Forres in the west.
