Dates for public drop-in events on Bilbohall and Spynie housing developments
TWO public events are to be held in Elgin to allow residents to give their views on major housing developments at Bilbohall and the former Spynie hospital site.
Next Wednesday (11 March) a drop-in is being held between 2-7pm at Elgin Sports and Community Centre, focussing on the former Spynie Hospital site. The drop-in on Thursday (12 March) is being held at 2-7pm at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre at Moray College UHI, and will focus on the Bilbohall proposals.
Consultants appointed by Moray Council and Grampian Housing Association, who form part of the Bilbohall Consortium, to prepare planning applications for both sites will be on hand to speak to residents about their thoughts on the design and layout of the housing developments. Planning applications for both sites are expected to be submitted later this year.
