Dozens join comfort scheme to provide free access to toilets across Moray

DOZENS of premises in the area will participate in a Moray-wide comfort scheme.

Toilets will be available for the public to use, free of charge and without obligation to purchase goods or a service, during each building’s normal operating hours.

Opening hours and addresses for participants are available on Moray Council’s website.

The Scottish Dolphin Centre in Spey Bay is one of the businesses signed up to the scheme.

Visitor Centre Manager, Lisa Farley, said: “The Scottish Dolphin Centre is happy to be part of Moray Council’s Comfort Scheme, providing clean, safe and accessible public toilets with wheelchair access and baby changing facilities to residents and visitors of Spey Bay.”

Chair of Moray Council’s Economic Development & Infrastructure, Cllr Graham Leadbitter, welcomed the participating businesses on board.

“It’s great to see members of the business community working in partnership with Moray Council to provide valuable comfort facilities for residents and visitors to the area.”
