Draft transport strategy for Elgin ready for public viewing

Elgin’s draft transport strategy will be on display for feedback in a series of open events this month.

The draft was recently approved by councillors, subject to a final consultation with the public to ensure it has reflected their earlier input.

The open events will take the form of a pop-up shop in the St Giles Centre, Elgin, followed by two open evenings at Bishopmill school and the Cedarwood day centre.

Comments can also be made via an online form or on a paper copy available from the council’s Elgin Access Point. You can also go to our Face Book page and leave comments there.

The pop-up shop is open on Thursday 12th January 2017 (12 – 3pm) and Saturday 14th January 2017 (11 – 2pm) at the St Giles Centre, Elgin Open evenings areon Monday 23rd January 2017 (17:30-20:30) at Bishopmill Primary Old School hall, and on Thursday 26th January 2017 (17:00 – 20:00) at the Cedarwood day centre, Elgin.
