Dufftown library to host children's author on library-joining marathon
DUFFTOWN library is to host children’s poet and author Joseph Coelho on his library-joining marathon.
Joseph is aiming to visit – and join – a library in every authority in the UK to celebrate the role libraries play in society, and encourage as many people as possible to sign up as library members.
He will visit Dufftown library on Thursday 15 August at 11.15am, as part of his UK campervan tour to join 70 libraries in just 25 days!
Famous for its colony of dolphins, fabulous beaches and more malt whisky distilleries than any where else in Scotland, Moray is a thriving area and a great place to live. Nestling between Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, Moray stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Brodie Castle in the west.
