Exhibition set for Moray Resource Centre's photography group
MORAY Resource Centre’s photography group will host an exhibition later this month.
The group, which meets weekly, learn new skills including Photoshop, the technical aspects of capturing a picture and make the most of opportunities to be creative with photography.
Resource Worker, Willie Jack, said the goal of the group is to enjoy a shared activity.
“We enjoy exploring places and taking a second look at things. Many members have found it handy to use the cameras on their mobile phones and have found that the quality of these images can often be better than a normal camera.
“Henry, one of our members, has found that the good thing about the phone is that you can slip it in your pocket, so it’s always there when you need it. You never need to say ‘if only I had my camera with me!’
“We hope you enjoy looking at our photographs – we certainly enjoyed making them.”
You can enjoy the exhibition, hosted at Elgin Library, from 25 January – 7 February.
