Extra value for money for Moray FitLife? members

Moray FitLife? members can now use their membership card to gain entry to even more leisure facilities across Scotland at no extra cost.

Members and their families already benefit from access to local FitLife? facilities including all Moray Council-run leisure facilities, plus Moray Leisure Centre in Elgin.

Through the council’s work with the Leisure Link Partnership, FitLife? members can also enjoy free access to gym, public swimming and fitness classes at leisure centres across Aberdeen, Argyll and Bute, the Borders, Highland, Orkney, Shetland and The Western Isles.

This week, ANGUSalive joins the partnership, adding seven additional sites that can be visited for free by cardholders. These include Arbroath Sports Centre, Brechin Community Campus, Carnoustie Sports Centre, Forfar Community Campus and Montrose Sports Centre.

Moray Council was a founding member of the partnership which was created to widen access to fitness and leisure facilities. People working away from home and families on holiday can use local facilities from participating areas as part of their existing home-based membership.

Before making use of the scheme, check with the facility if booking is necessary and be sure to take your FitLife? membership card with you, as you won’t get in for free without it. Sign up for monthly or annual individual and family membership here.

Information on the Leisure Link Partnership scheme, which is administered by High Life Highland, is available at www.leisurelink.org.
