Moray Council survey asks what do you think of your town centre?

A Moray Council survey aims to find out what people think about their town centres.

The Town Centre Perception Survey is inviting people’s views on town centres in Aberlour, Keith, Buckie, Dufftown, Forres, Elgin, and Lossiemouth.

The survey found here on Moray Council’s website closes on 24 December 2023. A drop down menu offers a separate survey for the seven town centres.

The survey is important because the local authority has funding in place to improve the town centres over the next three years.

Chair of the Economic, Development and Infrastructure Services Committee, Cllr Marc Macrae, is encouraging residents to take a minute to fill it out: “I welcome the Town Centre Perception Survey and look forward to the results. Our town centres mean a lot to the people of Moray and I’m hoping as many folk as possible will fill it out. They’ll be ensuring we’ve as clear a picture as possible when we’re moving forward with ideas to regenerate our town centres. They’ll be helping to steer council spend.”
