The importance of physical activity during and after cancer treatment will be the subject of a talk at Fochabers library later this month.

There is growing evidence that physical activity is important for patients at all stages of the cancer care pathway.

The illustrated talk will be given by Macmillan Move More development officer Caroline Van Der Heiden and takes place on Thursday, March 23 at 3pm.
