MORAY Council is offering residents discounted access to one of the world’s best-known fitness empires.
Anyone living in Moray, regardless of whether they use existing leisure facilities, can sign up through Moray Council to LES MILLS On Demand to take advantage of the offer. Regular membership costs £11.95 per month, but by signing up through the council it’s just £7.94 per month and cancellation is free, anytime. Those who sign up before the end of January will also get a 60-day free trial, if they have not previously been a member of LES MILLS On Demand.
LES MILLS On Demand is home to over a thousand online workouts for all ages and abilities, and features 13 of their globally-renowned exercise programmes including BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT, HIIT, yoga and dance. There are also exercise videos for children, which the whole family can get involved in.
Benefits from their global fitness community include 3-12 week workout plans, and world-class instructors to help users reach their fitness goals.
It’s available to stream through a TV, laptop, mobile or tablet, and workouts can be downloaded on iOS and Android.
Moray Council’s Sport and Leisure Manager, Ken Brown, said it’s a fantastic addition to Moray’s leisure offering.
“There’s a huge demand for online workouts which are available anytime, anywhere, and it’ll be of particular benefit while our leisure facilities remain closed.
“Our discounted membership offers unbeatable value for money with unlimited access to workouts for less than 30p per day. Get the kids involved in a family-friendly session, enjoy a high-intensity workout or stretch and improve your flexibility through yoga. Many of the workouts require no equipment, so you can get started right away!”
