Moray Council seeking contractors for repairing and maintaining buildings and homes
MORAY Council is looking for contractors to tender for its framework for repairing and maintaining its portfolio of over 6,000 council houses and 200 public buildings, including schools.
A three-year opportunity is being offered to successful contractors, who will be required to respond to individual and emergency repairs, as well as undertaking routine and planned maintenance works.
Suitably qualified and experienced contractors are invited to apply to join the framework via the Public Contracts Scotland website. The tender closes at noon on 16 April, successful bidders will be notified in July and the framework will commence on 1 September.
Famous for its colony of dolphins, fabulous beaches and more malt whisky distilleries than any where else in Scotland, Moray is a thriving area and a great place to live. Nestling between Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, Moray stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Brodie Castle in the west.
