Moray Council updates MOT offer
Moray Council’s MOT bay has had an update and has renewed the MOT availability from their in-house mechanics.
With many MOT slots available each week, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, it’s easier than ever to fit an MOT in. Availability may vary due to regular taxi bookings, so calling early to secure a spot is recommended.
The existing MOT bay, at Ashgrove in Elgin, has been extended and is now able to take larger vehicles. MOTs completed by the council’s fully qualified and certified mechanics link straight to the DVSA system. Private and business vehicles can be accommodated.

The offer is for MOTs only - no repairs or follow-up work can be carried out but the following can be done: Class 4 MOTs (standard cars and small vans); Class 7 MOTs (larger vans up to 3.5 tonnes); and all licensed taxis in the Moray area.
