Moray Libraries Order & Collect service extended

Moray Libraries are now able to extend their staff selected collections of material via the Order and Collect facility to more of their libraries this week.

In addition to the recent set up of an Order & Collect service at Burghead Library, Dufftown library is ready to offer a similar operation from Thursday 18th February and Cullen Library will be starting the service from Thursday 25th. Online applications for this service can be made at  https://online.moray.gov.uk/site/wss/forms/libraryordercollect

Requests for material can be made via the Library App and via the catalogue by logging into library accounts https://capitadiscovery.co.uk/moray/

Since not all of Moray Libraries are fully operational at the moment and returned material requires to be quarantined, the request services is slower than usual but as new stock arrives there are many titles and genres from which to choose.

Library members will be contacted by library staff to book appointments for Order & Collect selections made online and also to collect material that becomes available through the reservation system.

Strict social distancing must be adhered to and face-coverings must be worn when approaching library buildings for appointments and material will be given out and taken in at the external door of premises only.
