New online account service for Moray Council customers

New online account service for Moray Council customers

Moray residents can now sign-up to a new online customer account portal.

Moray Council’s myaccount is available 24/7 and provides a secure and easy way for the public to access and use council services via the council website.

Once registered, users will be able to report, apply, book and review their council services in one location through their own personalised portal. And every time the account is used for any service there will be no need to re-type in all the details, as forms will be automatically populated. Forms can be saved to be completed later and submitted online, meaning no need for printing off and posting.

The development is part of the ‘Moray Connected’ project, which is focused on offering consistent, high-quality services that reflect the needs of communities and the growing number of online users the council has.

Services available include the ability to report road network faults, request a special collection (bulky uplift), make a garage application, view housing application status and check rent balance. More services, currently available on our website, will be added to myaccount over the coming months.

Moray Council area stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Forres in the west.
