Roll up for the New Elgin Community Showcase
The New Elgin community is invited to a morning of activities showcasing what the community has to offer on Saturday 17 June.
Taking place at the New Elgin and Ashgrove Public Hall between 10am-12pm, locals will have the chance to take part in activities available on their doorstep.
While demonstrating the New Elgin East and West Community Plan in action residents will be treated to a taster from local social groups, fitness classes, parents groups, and gardening enthusiasts with interactive stalls and a fire engine to see up close.
With interest for all ages from the Guides and Scouts to Police Volunteers and displays from the Army cadets, sword fencing and more. There’s also the opportunity to meet two new groups recently started up and funded by the New Elgin Community Plan - Mums Days and It Takes a Village.
Refreshments will be on offer alongside a raffle and the chance to shape new youth resources for New Elgin and discover the secret garden.
