Moray’s local umbrella sports body – sportMoray – will hold its annual general meeting at Elgin Community Centre on Monday, May 16 at 6.30pm.

A number of current executive committee members will be standing down and the opportunity will present itself for new blood to become involved.

Those looking to join the committee will become part of a small but very active group of individuals from sport across Moray.

The level of commitment is not too onerous, with four committee meetings a year. In addition, there are occasional smaller group meetings in connection with specific events.

Anyone seeking further information on sportMoray activities, or who might be interested in joining the executive committee, should contact the current chairman, Ann Rossiter, on 07920 103908 or turn up at the AGM on May 16.
