Moray Council will lower flags above HQ to half-mast on Saturday to mark the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
Moray Council Civic Leader, Cllr John Cowe said: “On behalf of Moray Council, I extend our deepest condolences to the Catholic community on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
