Temporary street restrictions in Elgin
The temporary pedestrianisation of parts of Elgin town centre will be implemented from this Thursday 16th.
From that day the west of the High Street and Batchen Street will be pedestrianised between 11am and 4pm. Businesses are advised that deliveries should be made outwith these hours, or made via other routes.
Between 11am and 4pm the taxi rank will be located directly south of its existing location on South Street. After 4pm the taxi rank will revert to its current location.
