Walking netball returns to Elgin and Keith

WALKING netball sessions are being held for adults of all ages in Keith and Elgin.

Sessions at Keith Sports & Community Centre will change to a Friday morning at 9.35 - 10.40am, with effect from Friday 6 September. No previous experience of the sport is necessary as sessions focus on enjoyment and each individual participates at their own level.

Michele Le Mero, who has been attending the sessions since the started in Keith, said they have been "a great laugh".

"All the ladies are enjoying themselves whilst at the same time making new friends and keeping fit. The majority of had no prior experience of the sport, so if you're keen then don’t worry about not knowing the rules - just come along and join in the fun!"

Sessions in Elgin run at the Community Centre every Monday from 11am - noon, led by a lead coach.

Each session costs £3, or free with a FitLife? membership.
