Moray Citizenship Ceremony pledge
New UK citizens make their pledge in the Moray Council chambers as part of their citizenship ceremony in front of family and friends and Moray Council Civic Leader, Cllr John Cowe; Senior Registrar, Liz Lambie; Deputy Lieutenant for Banffshire, Kay Gauld; and Vice Lord-Lieutenant for Moray, Nancy Robson.
